Golden Spurs Round 1 - Little River Equestrian Club Official HRCAV Dressage Jackpot

This competition will be run under HRCAV Rules and Regulations. Competitors must ride at their assessed HRCAV level and may ride one level higher. CARDLESS. The HRCAV Membership Database will be checked prior to the event to confirm membership status and current level assessment. Riders receiving points must update their own cards, and instructions will be provided. Competitors are to provide their own bridle or saddlecloth numbers. Numbers are to be worn on both sides of the horse. Competitors must present to gear check 20 minutes prior to their first dressage test, wearing approved riding helmets and riding boots. Protests must be lodged within 30 minutes of posting interim scores and must be accompanied by $20.00. No secondary protests may be entered into. The decision of the Ground Jury is final. No refunds will be issued after the closing date unless a valid veterinary or doctor’s certificate is provided within 14 days of the completion of the event. A $15 administration fee will be deducted from all refunds. LREC accepts no responsibility for any injury, damage or loss to any competitor, spectator, horse, equipment or property. The HRCAV extreme weather policy and horse welfare requirements will be observed. Should weather conditions be unsuitable for running a safe event, the committee reserves the right to postpone or cancel, and competitors will be advised immediately. In such circumstances an administration fee of $10 per entry will be withheld to help recover incurred costs. LREC reserves the right to cancel any class, to divide any class, to alter the advertised times and to decline any entry without stating a reason. Dogs are welcome but MUST be on a lead at all times. A penalty of elimination for unrestrained dogs will be enforced and you will be asked to leave.
